Your treatment is collaborative. Of course I do an assessment but we discuss what issues you're facing and together we come up with a plan of action to address your challenges.
In session, I help you develop coping skills.
I also give you therapeutic assignments to work on yourself outside of therapy.
Then we follow-up on your assignments together in session.
Lastly, it is my joy to celebrate your successes with you!!!
